Story Behind Agama Cafe

Title Shape

What began as an idea to make plant-based dining more accessible has now grown into one of Delhi’s most loved vegan destinations. Agama Cafe began with a simple vision – to serve food that’s good for you, kind to animals, and mindful of the planet – and has since built a loyal community of food lovers who believe in conscious choices without compromising on taste. Every dish at Agama is made with 100% plant-based ingredients picked at their peak- fresh, local, and cruelty-free. That’s why we grow our own greens hydroponically, cultivate our own mushrooms, source ingredients straight from our farms in Panipat and bring you a true farm-to-table experience. Together , we aim to build a community together - that cares about the planet and every living being on it.

The Ambience was amazing and the ingredients that they use for their food is as fresh as it gets. The owner and staff were really hospitable and made sure that we had a great time and gave us a insight on how they grow the ingredients. A must go if you're a vegetarian or vegan!!!

This place is a pure gem. I was here twice during my short stay in Delhi and absolutely loved everything I tasted. Having said that, living in London makes us really spoiled when it comes to vegan food but Agama Cafe kept surprise me with every dish I tried. Everything is very tasty. What I appreciate the most is freshness of the food. Staff members are very nice and friendly. They also pack food for takeaway which was very handy. I highly recommend this place for a great atmosphere, delicious and nutritious food.

Absolutely loved the experience. The ambience is modest, nothing too flashy. They grow some of their ingredients in-house, and also have an option to "pluck and plate". The menu has a variety of delicacies. We opted for their Mushroom Cappuccino (a hot soup) which was really tasty. Truffle mushroom croquettes were super crispy and had the most delicious filling. The accompanying salad added an element of freshness. Their sourdough toast with baked bean-tofu topping did not disappoint. I was slightly less impressed with the carrot hummus, but it wasn't bad at all. For dessert, we ordered the beetroot-fig mousse which was good. Our doggo had a serving of quinoa-polenta khichdi. Looking forward to my next visit to this cafe to try the rest of the menu :)
